Conditions of withdrawal and
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22 May 1999. In particular, the Customer has the right to withdraw from any concluded order, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, the request for withdrawal must be sent by e-mail to mondosacro.it. The Customer must also ensure that the items he intends to return are packaged correctly. Returned products must be intact and packaged in their original packaging, complete with any accessories. The returned products must be returned in a single shipment. Items from the same order that are returned and shipped at different times will not be accepted. The returned goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering. The transport costs relating to the return remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The right of withdrawal lapses:
a) for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents);
b) even partial use of the asset;
c) for lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
d) lack of integral elements of the product;
e) damage to the product for reasons deriving from and / or other than transport.
This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (Consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to all customized products. If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised correctly following the methods and terms indicated, the Customer will be refunded, within 4 days from the date of receipt of the return, the sums paid for the purchase of the returned products, net of shipping costs. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund. However, the Customer may request the return of the products at his own expense and in the manner indicated by him.
